The main purpose of managing such messages is to ensure that we learn from events and, if applicable, initiate measures to prevent similar events from occurring in the future. You can report such matters using a “yellow” message in the Speak Up scheme.

As part of the organisation’s systematic HSE efforts, INN University must follow up on non-conformities and undesirable events relating to health, safety and the environment. This includes both the working environment and the external environment.
