Students and employees can use their card and code to access the university’s campus buildings every day between 07:00 – 22:00. Some buildings/rooms may have different opening hours and limited access.
Remember to order your card, if you do not have one already. You will need your student card to get access to the university campus buildings.
Blæstad
Student Administration is staffed Monday - Friday between 08.00 – 15.30
Closed from the 1 July to 2 August.
Elverum
The service point is staffed Monday – Friday between 08.00 – 15.30
The service point/reception is closed week 29 and Wednesdays weeks 30, 31 and 32
Evenstad
The reception is staffed Monday - Friday between 09.00 – 14.00
The reception is closed week 28, 29, 30 and 31.
Hamar
The service point is staffed Monday – Friday between 08.00 – 15.30
Service point/reception is closed week 28, 29 and 30.
Lillehammer
The service point is staffed Monday – Friday between 08.00 – 15.30.
From 15 May to 15 September between 08.00 – 15.00.
The service point/reception is closed week 28 and 29.
Oslo
There is no reception in Oslo, but the administration is present every day between 09.00 - 15.00.
Closed for the summer from 1 July to 31 July.
Rena
The reception is staffed Monday - Friday between 08.00 – 15.00
The reception is closed week 25, 26 and 27.
