A: As a student, you must create and register your username and vehicle in the APP or via the internet if you wish to use the student parking at Elverum, Hamar, Lillehammer and Kongsvinger.
Q: How many vehicles can I have registered on my parking benefits?
A: You can register multiple vehicles, but you must actively select the vehicle you are using when parking. Go into the menu and choose parking benefits, if you have several vehicles registered use the button: Change vehicle
You can change, add and delete your license plate number in Apcoa APP at any time.
Q: I do not have a Norwegian mobile phone number, what do I do?
A: For students who do not have a Norwegian mobile phone number, use the website flow.apcoa.no and register your vehicle there.
Q: How long are my parking benefits valid?
A: Your parking benefits have a limited duration before they need to be updated. When there is less than a month left until your parking benefits expire, you can re-register using the same Feide login to renew your parking benefits. You will be notified by e-mail, push and text message about the expiry of your parking benefits.
Q:Do I have to pay for parking?
A: As a student, if you park at Hamar campus, you must pay NOK 25 to park in the university’s parking spaces that are reserved for student parking. NB! you must have registered parking benefits to use these parking spaces.
If you are a student at the University Centre in Kongsvinger, you must pay NOK 20 to park in the parking spaces that are reserved for student parking. NB! you must have registered parking benefits to use these parking spaces.
