The university will safeguard privacy and comply with applicable regulations when processing personal data.
When collecting and processing personal data, you must:
- Clearly define the purpose of the data collection
- Clarify the legal basis regarding the legality of the data collection
- Conduct a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA)
- Enter into data processing agreements with subcontractors to ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with the regulations
- Inform users about the data being collected, how it is used, and why
- Ensure users have the right to access information about themselves
- Manage reported nonconformities that are related to data protection
- Delete personal data when the purpose of its collection is no longer valid
