  • The conference program with access links has been sent as a pdf file to all conference delegates registered before 14:00 on 14 June to the email address you registered with.
  • If you did not receive it, please check your spam before you contact us.
  • If you registered after 14:00 on 14 June, you will receive the access links via email on 15 June.

General information

  • Please visit our Help Center to practice your audio/video & screen sharing before your present. We will also check your name tag & give you useful Zoom tips!
  • Problems with access? Please contact us here & we will get back to you.
  • The conference program with access links has been sent as a pdf file to all conference delegates registered before 14:00 on 14 June to the email address you registered with.
    • If you did not receive it, please check your spam before you contact us.
    • If you registered after 14:00 on 14 June, you will receive the access links via email on 15 June.
  • During the conference, please keep this pdf document open on your computer.
  • To change rooms, you must navigate to that pdf document, find the 'room' you want to be in & click on the correct link for that session.
  • If the session does not begin when it is supposed to, please check that you have clicked on the correct link. You might be in the wrong room!

Help center / Chat room opening times

Plan your visits! 

Make sure to visit our Help Center to check your audio/video, practice ‘share screen’ (for presenters), make sure your nametag is acceptable, get simple tips on useful Zoom features, learn more about chairing a session, and to just CHAT with us & whoever else show up!

Before the conference:

  • Monday, 15 June from 13:00 – 15:00
  • Tuesday, 16 June from 15:00 – 17:00
  • Thursday, 18 June from 09:00-14:00

The Help center / Chat room will also be open during the following times while the conference is ongoing:

  • Thursday, 18 June from 18:30-19:20
  • Friday, 19 June from 13:15-14:00
  • Saturday, 20 June from 18:40-19:10

The Chat room will also be open at other scheduled times (& you can ask for help during these sessions as well).
