- Please visit our Help Center to practice your audio/video & screen sharing before your present. We will also check your name tag & give you useful Zoom tips!
- Problems with access? Please contact us here & we will get back to you.
- The conference program with access links has been sent as a pdf file to all conference delegates registered before 14:00 on 14 June to the email address you registered with.

- During the conference, please keep this pdf document open on your computer.
- To change rooms, you must navigate to that pdf document, find the 'room' you want to be in & click on the correct link for that session.
- If the session does not begin when it is supposed to, please check that you have clicked on the correct link. You might be in the wrong room!

Plan your visits!
Make sure to visit our Help Center to check your audio/video, practice ‘share screen’ (for presenters), make sure your nametag is acceptable, get simple tips on useful Zoom features, learn more about chairing a session, and to just CHAT with us & whoever else show up!
Before the conference:
- Monday, 15 June from 13:00 – 15:00
- Tuesday, 16 June from 15:00 – 17:00
- Thursday, 18 June from 09:00-14:00
The Help center / Chat room will also be open during the following times while the conference is ongoing:
- Thursday, 18 June from 18:30-19:20
- Friday, 19 June from 13:15-14:00
- Saturday, 20 June from 18:40-19:10
The Chat room will also be open at other scheduled times (& you can ask for help during these sessions as well).
