We warmly welcome you to register as a participant in this year's SANORD conference.

When you register for the conference, you accept the rules for cancellation.
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email to your registered email address. If such confirmation is not received, the registration is not complete, please try again.
We strongly recommend that you register for the conference and book accommodations as early as possible to ensure availability.

Cancellation deadlines:
Before 1 June: full refund.
Before 1 July: 50% refund.
Cancellations made after 1 August are not entitled to a refund.
A limited number of conference grants are available for colleagues at SANORD member institutions. Participants from member institutions from the South with accepted presentations are welcome to apply. There are also funds available for master's students with accepted papers from any member institution.
