Every week during Advent, there is an Advent celebration with cultural elements and serving of gingerbread and "gløgg" on level 2 in Glassgården.
This morning we light the first candle in the Advent candelstick and sing the Norwegian song Tenn lys!
Singing by the student choir LilleRøst and musical elements by student Jørund Ruud Salicath Halvorsen. SINN treats of Christmas mulled wine and gingerbread.
"I miss you Christmas tree"
On the first Monday in Advent, we also open the traditional Christmas tree in Glassgården.
On this Christmas tree, we are invited to hang a red heart where we have written someone or something we miss in our lives. We all carry things we don't show and don't see. Missing is part of it and you are not alone. The I miss you Christmas tree is in Glassgården throughout the month of December.
