She completed her bachelor’s degree of Business Psychology at the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt and the University of Cardiff, and her master’s degree of Psychological Science and the University of Gothenburg. She is also a member of Psychologists for Future Austria.
Jana’s research interests can broadly be described as investigating issues within climate change cognition and how social cognitions are connected to behaviour. In previous projects, she has investigated motivations of citizen scientists, factors of pro-environmental behaviour change, normative influence, and the concept of climate anxiety.
She will be giving a talk about environmentally friendly environmental psychology conferences.
