Alexander Rishovd

Short description

Alexander Rishovd is a senior advisor at the Project Office in the university main administration. His task is to lead and establish the project office and develop its services to the organization. 

Including:

• The project methodology (Prosjektveiviseren)
• Project management tool (Prosjektportalen)
• Risk assessment
• Project planning in all phases
• Profit realization
• Network building
• EU project management 

In addition, Alexander is a super user on the Prosjektportalen , and leads the implementation and development of the portal throughout HINN. Alexander also holds the user courses in the project management tool at the university .

Alexander has office space on the 3rd floor in wing B on campus Elverum.
