Short description
Cassandra Emilia Lax is a PhD student who started her journey at Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences in October 2023. She is working in the Reproduction group at the biotechnology department, specifically with bovine embryonic development.
Background
Cassandra has a bachelor's and master's degree in biomedicine from Uppsala University, but did her master's thesis at Oslo Universityhospital where she worked with early embryo development and epigenetics. That is where she learned of the research at HINN, and subsequently decided to stay in Norway. Her passion is in vitro fertilization and production, and she has known for a long time that reproductive health and biology is what she wants to work with.
