Silje Kittilsen

Short description

Silje Kittilsen is a teacher at the Department of Public Health and Sports Science at Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences. She teaches subjects related to public health and nutrition. She is the course coordinator for 1TFAF11 Adapted Physical Activity and Outdoor Recreation and 1FA11-1 Health-promoting Physical Activity 1.

She holds a bachelor's and master's degree in sports science from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences, with specializations in Sports Biology and Sports Medicine. In addition to her role as a university lecturer, Silje works as a sports physiologist and owns her own sole proprietorship as a personal trainer. Silje is also a former elite-level Silje is also a former elite-level football player.
