This training programme has been developed by the Section for Higher Education Pedagogy and Quality (UH), in collaboration with the Section for Student Services.
The aim of the training is to ensure that students appointed to the project have a clear understanding of their roles as student and learning assistants and to provide them with practical tools. The course covers topics such as role understanding, learning environment, group work and guidance.
The course lasts for five hours, and participants will record their hours in accordance with their employment contracts. All participants receive a certificate of attendance.
In addition to the university's general foundational training, the unit recruiting student assistants and learning assistants is responsible for providing additional training tailored to the specific tasks to be performed.
