International collaboration with Rennes School of Business in France

In 2023, Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences, CREDS - Center for research on digitalization and sustainablity, and Rennes School of Business (RSB) established a collaboration on joint PhD education, a so-called "double degree". The double degree collaboration means that doctoral candidates are admitted to the doctoral program Innovation in Services in the Public and Private Sectors (INSEPP) at INN University, but the doctoral candidates are linked to both INN University and RSB through a formal agreement. The doctoral candidates conduct PhD courses and have supervisors at both institutions. The PhD candidates who take a "double degree" receive diplomas from both INN University and RSB, where INN University officially awards the PhD candidates the degree of Philosophiae doctor (PhD).
