Tor Arnesen is a research professor emeritus at Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences. He has a degree in philosophy and in engineering. His research takes an interdisciplinary approach with a focus on regional and rural development in mountain regions. As a ship owner, and coming from the Norwegian south coast, water plays a big role in Tors life.
Windy Kester Moe is a research communication and dissemination expert at Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences. She has many years of experience as a reporter for various European news media and the dissemination of various research projects. Original Dutch Windy is born below sea level but currently enjoying a dip in the icy Norwegian lakes.
