Minttu Johler er høgskolelektor i pedagogikk. Hun har doktorgrad i pedagogikk, med fokus på lærerens rolle og pedagogiske praksiser i teknologirike læringsmiljøer. I de siste årene har utviklings- og forskningsarbeidet hennes vært opptatt av potensialet og innflytelsen digitale teknologier kan ha i grunnskoler og lærerutdanning. Hun har også utforsket temaer knyttet til flerspråklighet, mangfold og tilpasset opplæring.
