Mel Ainscow
Mel Ainscow, Emeritus Professor of Education, is internationally recognized as an authority on the promotion of inclusion and equity in education. Previously a head teacher, local education authority adviser and lecturer at the University of Cambridge, his work focuses on ways of making schools effective for all children and young people. A distinctive feature of his approach is the emphasis he places on carrying out research with schools and education systems to promote improvements.
Charlotte Ringsmose
Charlotte Ringsmose er cand.pæd.psyk. autoriseret psykolog, Ph.D., professor ved Institut for Kultur og Læring Aalborg Universitet. Charlotte Ringsmoses (CR) forskningsområder er kvalitet i børns opvækstbetingelser begyndende fra den tidlige barndom og i et kontinuum i uddannelsessystemet. Charlotte er forskningsleder for Laboratorium for praksisrettet dagtilbuds- og skoleforskning (LSP) ved Aalborg Universitet. Charlotte har skrevet bøger, artikler, undervist og holdt foredrag om betydningen af kvalitet i børns udviklings- og læringsmiljøer.

Kim Schildkamp
Dr. Kim Schildkamp is an associate professor in the Faculty of Behavioural, Management, and Social Sciences of the University of Twente. Kim’s research focuses on (professional development in) data-based decision making and formative assessment. She has been invited as a guest lecturer and keynote speaker at several conferences and universities. She has been appointed as the president elect of ICSEI (International Congress on School Effectiveness and Improvement), and she is the chair of the ICSEI data use network. Furthermore, she is the chair of the AERA division H international relations committee and she is an executive member of the newly established AERA data-driven decision making SIG. She developed the datateam® procedure, and she has won awards for her work. She has published widely on the use of (assessment) data, for example she is editor of the book Data-based decision making in education: Challenges and opportunities

Thomas Nordahl
Thomas Nordahl er professor i pedagogikk ved Senter for praksisrettet utdanningsforskning, Høgskolen i Innlandet. Han har lang og bred erfaring fra større og mindre forsknings- og utviklingsprosjekter i skole og barnehage, har skrevet flere bøker og artikler om ulike pedagogiske emner og er en mye brukt foredragsholder.

Marte Blikstad-Balas
Marte Blikstad-Balas har en PhD fra Utdanningsvitenskaplig fakultet, UiO: Redefining School Literacy. Prominent literacy practices across subjects in upper secondary school. Hun har også en Mastergrad i "Språk og kulturfagenes didaktikk", Høgskolen i Hedmark.
Marte har undervisningserfaring som norsklektor (grunnskolen og videregående skole), voksenopplæring (norsk som andrespråk, grunnleggende norskopplæring) samt en rekke kurs for lærere om lesing, skriving på tvers av fag, literacy i skolen, kreativ skriving, digital kompetanse og kildevurdering.

Marit Jansen
Marit Jansen jobber i dag som utviklingsveileder for skolene i Åfjord kommune. Hun jobbet som avdelingsleder ved Åsly skole i Indre Fosen kommune og var prosjektleder for modellkommuneprosjektet «Inkludering på alvor». I rollen som prosjektleder samarbeidet hun med Indre Fosen ungdomsråd for å utarbeide det elevinitierte prosjektet #inkluderemere. Marit er opptatt av reell medvirkning for alle aktørene i skolen, spesielt for elevene i klasserommet.
Linda Lillemo
Linda Lillemo er i dag bioingeniørstudent ved NTNU. I prosjektperioden var hun med i Ungdommens Fylkesutvalg Trøndelag i tillegg til at hun var med i Indre Fosen Ungdomsråd. Der var hun en av dem som tok initiativ til, og var med på å drive, prosjektet #inkluderemere. Linda er svært engasjert i elevers stemme og hvordan denne kan få større betydning i skolen.

Cindy Poortman
Dr. Cindy Poortman is an assistant professor at the University of Twente. Her research and teaching focus on teacher and school leader professional development in (doing research in) teams and networks. Leadership and sustainability are examples of themes she focuses on within this area. Cindy has co-founded and is coordinating the international network Professional Learning Networks within ICSEI (International Congress for School Effectiveness and Improvement). She has organized AERA’s Division H International Committee VP invited sessions from 2016-2019. She obtained the AERA research conference grant Professional Learning Networks in Education: Tearing Down Boundaries for School and System Improvement to organize a research conference in San Diego in 2019. She has recently started working in a project about professional development for teachers in Assessment for Learning (AfL).
Cindy teaches in the teacher education program, in the honours program, in the senior university teaching qualification program, and as a guest lecturer for higher education programs and conferences. She is also involved in the Centre for Engineering Education from a professional development of HE teachers perspective.
Publications include a book about the data team procedure (translated in Swedish 2016 and English – 2017 - main author Kim Schildkamp); special issues about data use; and journal papers about teacher professional development in networks. In 2018, the book she edited with Chris Brown about Networks for Learning was published (Routledge) and since 2018 they are the series editors of the Professional Learning Networks book series (Emerald).
Astrid Marie Jorde Sandsør
Astrid Marie Jorde Sandsør er samfunnsøkonom med doktorgrad fra økonomisk institutt, UiO. Sandsør jobber som forsker ved Institutt for spesialpedagogikk, UiO, tilknyttet EU prosjektet EQOP om sosial ulikhet og skoleprestasjoner, og ved Nordisk institutt for studier av innovasjon, forskning og utdanning (NIFU). Sandsør studerer effekter av tiltak i tidlig barndom og skole og er medlem av ekspertgruppen om betydningen av barnehage, skole og SFO for sosial utjevning og sosial mobilitet.
