Short description

Associate Professor of Organization and Management with extensive experience in Quantitative Research and Data Analysis related to Organizational Behavior, Workplace Psychology, Workplace Incivility, and Management. Proficient in statistical analysis software, including SPSS, Amos, R, and Mplus.

Hold a Ph.D. in Social Science with a focus on Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Stavanger along with Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Tourism Management. Successfully defended Ph.D. thesis titled "Shedding Light on the Dark Side of the Organization: Frontline Employees’ Perception of Workplace Incivility" on 31st August 2022.
