Short description

Chukwuemeka Echebiri is an associate professor of organisation and leadership studies. He has a Master of Science in Business from Nord University Business School, Bodø, Norway and a doctorate in Innovation in Services in the Public and Private Sectors (INSEPP) at Inland Norway University of Applied Science (INN University), Lillehammer campus.

Dr Echebiri defended his doctoral dissertation, “Employee-Driven Innovation: An empowerment-based view”, and has since worked with VID Specialized University College, Oslo. He is affiliated with the Department of Organisation, Leadership, and Management at INN University, Lillehammer campus. His research focuses on the intersection between employee-driven innovation, leadership, employee empowerment and working life. He has previously worked in banking and insurance.

Chukwuemeka teaches various courses in leadership, organisation, and methods. They include the following:
