Short description

Education:

He earned a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Staffordshire University, UK, in 2013 and a PhD in Control Systems Engineering from Gifu University, Japan, in 2017.

Projects:

During his Master’s program, he worked on a project titled “An Autonomous Intelligent Tool for Problem Solving in Programming”. As a research assistant during his PhD, he contributed to several projects, including Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and optimization of Flexible Transfer Lines (FTL).

PhD Thesis:

His PhD thesis was titled “Driver Behavior Analysis Using a Head-Mounted Display (VR) Driving Simulator”. The title in Japanese is 型ッドマウントト型 VR 駆動シミュレータに基づく運転者行动分话分用.

Research Interests:

His research interests include Production Engineering, Software Engineering, Intelligent Machines, Simulations and Serious Games, Game Engines (Unreal Engine 4 and Unity3D), Driving Simulators, Game Design and Development, Programming Languages, Brain-Computer Interface(BCI) , and Virtual Reality and Simulation.

Programming Languages:

He is proficient in C/C++, C#, and Python.

Other Interests and Hobbies:

He has a wide range of interests and hobbies, including Japanese Culture and Language, Music Production, Conceptual Design, Microcontrollers, Arduino and Raspberry Pi, IoT Devices, Robotics, Photography, and Artificial Intelligence.

Areas of Expertise:

His areas of expertise include Programming Languages, Driving Simulators, Game Development, Optimization Algorithms, and XR.

Teaching Subjects:

He teaches several subjects, including Programming 1 (C++), Programming 2 (C++ / Unreal Engine 5), Data Structures and Algorithms (C++), 3D Game Engine (OpenGL C++), and Game Engine Architecture.
