Short description

  • In 2020, Siri Wieberg Klausen defended her doctoral thesis at the Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences.
  • The title of the thesis was:
  • From chalk to programming: A critical discourse analysis of the term 'digital skills' in Norwegian education policy and in Norwegian upper secondary education.
  • She also has a master's degree in political science from the University of Oslo (2005) and a three-year TV journalism and documentary film education from Volda University College (1999).
  • In addition, she has conductet a one year programme in educational theory and practice (PPU) from the University of Oslo (2013).
  • Since 2011, she has taught social studies and social studies didactics at various teacher training courses at the Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences (PPU, lecturer programme, GLU and master's course GLU 5-10).
  • She supervises master's students in the study programs MGLU 5-10 and DigCom, Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences.
  • She has also taught critical discourse analysis for PhD students at PROFF, Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences.
